I
have been interested in knives for as long as I can remember. Growing up
in Texas, I have been a knife "accumulator" all my life.
I
made my first knife in 1984 from a piece of annealed 01 tool steel, using a
hacksaw to cut out the profile, a large file to shape the bevels, and heat
treated it with a torch. Since that time I have made and sold hundreds of
knives, although I no longer use only a hacksaw, file, and torch as my primary
equipment!
My
knives are presently in over 16 states in the U.S., and in at least 4 other
countries. I have made knives for people from all walks of life. I enjoy making knives,
and I enjoy hearing from my customers.
